Terms of Service

Updated October 30, 2026. FeedSkills provides Skills and Tools for AI agents and creator workflows. Checkout shows the final product details and terms that apply to each purchase.

Founding Membership

Founding Membership is set at $9 per month or $72 per year. The annual plan is the lower-priced option shown on the Pricing page. While a subscription stays active, its price stays locked. There is no lifetime plan.

Membership access covers the Members Skills and their updates while the subscription is active. Subscriptions renew at the chosen monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Current pricing and checkout availability are shown on the Pricing page.

Cancellation and downloaded Skills

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Skill files already downloaded to your machine keep working, and videos you made remain yours. After membership ends, the account no longer receives member downloads, updates or new Members Skills.

Refunds

FeedSkills offers one voluntary full refund per customer within 7 days of a new purchase or the first payment on a subscription. Renewals are not covered by this voluntary policy. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that apply by law. Creem processes refunds and chargebacks for the checkout.

A full refund under this voluntary policy ends the FeedSkills usage license, download access and updates for that purchase. This differs from cancellation: you must stop using the refunded Skill files, but finished work you already made remains yours. We do not remotely delete local files. Any separate third-party or open-source license continues to apply. Other refunds, partial adjustments and billing corrections are reviewed against the relevant order and applicable rights.

Skill files and finished work

Finished videos and other work you make with a FeedSkills Skill are yours, including for commercial use. You may make and deliver finished videos for your own clients. The Skill package itself is for the one person on the account and may not be resold, shared or redistributed.

Third-party or open-source material included in, referenced by or used with a Skill may have its own license, attribution or usage requirements. Those requirements continue to apply; these Terms do not replace them.

Your materials

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the briefs, footage, images, music, voices, logos, prompts and other materials you bring to an agent or provider. Provider terms for models, voices, media and other services you choose also apply to your use of those services.

Third-party costs and payment processing

Voice, model and media providers you choose bill you directly. Those provider costs are not included in a FeedSkills subscription, and FeedSkills does not supply their accounts or keys.

Creem handles checkout as merchant of record, including payments, refunds and chargebacks. Checkout shows the billing interval, final total and transaction terms before payment. FeedSkills provides the Skill files and product support.

For account, download or order questions, contact [email protected]. Do not send passwords, API keys, unused login links or private media in a support request.

We will update these Terms before enabling a new payment or cloud feature. The date at the top records the latest material change. The Privacy Policy describes the data paths used by the website and account services.
