Whiteboard Feed

Hand-drawn vertical explainers with live marker strokes, rough callouts, highlighted diagrams, local narration and editable scene-level revisions.

Theme A: 20s Git branching explainer; Theme B: 20s airfoil/lift explainer; both use marker diagrams and English Kokoro narration. 9:16 · 0:20

What you get

  • 1080×1920 / 24 fps vertical MP4 (15–60 s), cover image, SRT captions and layout.json
  • Warm dry-erase whiteboard texture with subtle glossy sheen and micro-scuff background
  • Live stroke-order handwriting with Architects Daughter font and rough marker drawing shapes
  • Marker highlight blocks, hand-drawn loops and arrows, with floating pen cursor and no fake hands
  • Local Kokoro English voiceover synchronized per scene, with incremental scene re-rendering

You will need

  • macOS with Node.js 22+, FFmpeg and FFprobe
  • HyperFrames 0.8.181 (downloaded by npx) with headless Chrome
  • Local Python environment with kokoro-onnx and soundfile for narration
  • An outline or storyboard structured into 1.5–4.5s scenes

Good fit

  • How a system, workflow or software process actually works
  • Science and technical concepts with clear diagram steps
  • Step-by-step principles and logic debunking

Not for

  • Talking heads, live action video footage or photo slideshows
  • Heavy 3D models, neon HUDs or cyberpunk kinetic typography
  • Financial charts or data dashboards without diagram narrative

You say

“Use Whiteboard Feed to produce vertical 9:16 whiteboard explainers. Formulate key ideas, generate live marker diagrams with Architects Daughter handwriting, apply safe-zone and layout DOM measurements, synthesize local Kokoro narration and render atomically.”

After installing, say something like this to your agent with your own topic and assets. It asks only for what is missing.

Details

What this is

Whiteboard Feed turns a process, system, or science idea into a vertical 9:16 explainer. Marker strokes, diagrams, highlights, and scene-level narration keep the explanation concrete without inventing live-action footage.

Inputs and outputs

Give your Agent an outline or storyboard with stable scene ids, short English copy, and any diagram nodes. The Skill produces an editable project, a 1080×1920 MP4, cover image, burned captions, captions.srt, measured layout.json, and a render report.

A/B examples

Theme A is a 20-second explainer about how Git branches point to commits. Theme B is a 20-second explainer about airfoil shape, pressure, downwash, and lift. Both use marker diagrams, burned captions, and English Kokoro narration.

Runtime and dependencies

Use Node.js 22+, FFmpeg/FFprobe, HyperFrames 0.8.181 with headless Chrome, and a local Kokoro environment when narration is needed. Rendering is local and does not include provider credentials, paid media generation, or third-party music.

Source and license

The style grammar references LemoLab Whiteboard, pinned to commit 413a6bd6d78ebd3bdd5abaec9538a26867f890df, under MIT. Huashu Motion / TrustFuture references and bundled font notices remain in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.
