Built to be changed

Each Skill includes editable defaults and a JSON plan. Change the words, timing, colors or visual options. A shared face-effects base handles tracking, the person cut-out and export; every installed Skill includes its own runtime. Deleting one does not affect the others.

Requires a rights-cleared local person video, Python 3.12 and FFmpeg. The effect renders locally and keeps the source sound. Captions and sound design are separate. These are starter effects: inspect the actual result before publishing.
